Bioprinter
Delta 3D Bioprinters
Simple Way to Start 3D Cell Experiment
Vitarix W is the premium product applicable to the broad kinds of biomaterials, keeping the biological safety and precision of Vitarix, the first version of our bioprinter. The printing head and bed are designed to be capable of cooling and heating from 10°C to 50°C, so it is possible to utilize thermal sensitive materials. It is designed to use materials such as collagen, pluronic acid, and matrigel as well as conventional materials like gelatin and alginate.
The printhead operated by the articulated joint system minimizes friction parts to suppress the generation of contaminant particles inside the chamber. Along with it, HEPA filter and UV-C sterilization lamps make to keep the cleanliness of the chamber at the GMP level. It can be installed in your clean bench with its compact size. The precision is designed with a minimum line width of 100 µm and a position resolution of under 12 µm, which is comparable to the cell size.
Easy to Maintain Cleanliness
