Please check that the power switches on the front and rear are turned on.

Try to run the 1st Homing menu in the "Prepare" Menu. If it works normally, you can select your file and print it.

If it does not work after running 1st Homing, please turn off all power switches on the front and rear and pull out the power cable. And please restart from the first.

If it still does not work, please contact the customer service.

Try to press the control switch.

If printing is proceeding normally, please wait until printing is finished. Your outputs will be completed as the set condition without affected by the abnormal screen.

After finishing the output, try to move the menu by turning or pressing the control switch. If there is no change, turn off the power of the LED, fan, UV lamp, etc., and turn off the power of the bioprinter. And then turn it on again.

If you're still having the same trouble, please contact the customer service.

Pull the pressure regulators and check if it is fixed on the pressed status.  If it is not fixed but it does not turn, please do not turn it forcedly and contact the customer service.

Check if the power switches on the front and rear are turned on.

When the lamp reaches the end of its life, the UV will not turn on, so replace the UV lamp.

Check if the power switches on the front and rear are turned on.

If the fan does not work when all powers are on, please contact the customer service.

Check that the air compressor is turned on and operating normally.

The material may not come out since the needle may be clogged, please replace it with a new needle. Run "Prime 0 or 1" with increasing the pressure to check that the material comes out.
